The first time I hit the address of my own website – 5th March 2009, 11:00 am

Honestly, I’m totally overwhelmed to see my work in front of my eyes. It’s one of the best things to happen since receiving my post grad degree on December 2005 along with my best friend, soul mate and sister from another mother, D*... How I miss her today. If she were within phones reach, she would be the first one I would want to share this with, even before I made the big announcement to my family.

My heart is jumping within; I just can’t contain the joy. This is the start of something that will always be with me, health-permitting, as long as I live. It is truly, a small step for me, but a giant leap for the family, given the struggle to come to this point – soul and sensibility intact!

To My Family:
Mom and Dad, I would not be able to get this far if it wasn’t for your constant effort, love, care, support, guidance and self-less sacrifice.

My Boys - Oscar, Oliver & Austin – each one of you have been such an influence, such binding cords, keeping me focused on the future, in your own unique ways. Austin I miss you totally!

Grandparents, Uncles and Aunts, cousins, dudes and dudettes, (on both sides of the border and all over the globe now!)…I hope that your prayers, support, kindness and constant feedback takes me to bigger endeavors in the near future.
